The Sacred Heart Middle School Religion teachers utilize the Sadlier: Faith and Witness textbook series and strive to successfully meet the following three objectives with all their students:
- To invite all students to open their hearts and minds to the truths of God's revelation so that, like the early Christians, their faith will burst forth in prayer and action; to develop persons of faith whose lives reflect the message and values of Christ.
- To encourage all students to examine more closely the dynamic teachings of their Catholic faith by placing before them the truths of the faith in a clear and meaningful way.
- To help them explore as fully and richly as possible the depths of the gift of faith and the meaning of the gospel so as to become evangelizers of the Word.
